A: Yes, our brokerage is fully licensed under the Real Estate Services Act as rental and strata managers
Q. How much experience do you have?
A. Our Associate Broker has been providing strata management services since the mid 1980”s and our Managing Broker has been involved in strata management for the past 5 years.
Q: Can you be reached after hours?
A. Yes, strata council members are provided with direct after hour contact telephone numbers as well
as our web site access.
Q: Do you sell real estate as well?
A. Our management division does not participate in sales
Q. How soon can you provide strata management services?
A. Once the service agreement is properly signed by all authorized signatories and all the documentation has been provided to the brokerage, we can commence providing services immediately.
Q. What type of reports do you provide?
A. Our strata management software is capable of providing up to date financial documentation, arrears status, accurate expense reporting and real time access to the Council’s Treasurer or other designated access as required. At a minimum, full financial statements are provided on a monthly basis.
Q. What type of strata corporations do you provide management services?
A. We service bare land, traditional apartment or townhouse style, commercial but we do not provide strata services to sections.
Q. Do you offer different types of strata services?
A. We offer a range of services from full services that includes council meetings, financial reporting, maintenance tracking, assistance in obtaining quotes for depreciation reports, insurance coverage, repairs, as well as Limited Financial services where only the collection of fees and financial reporting is provided.
