    A: Yes, you can reach us through our Facebook Page, your owner portal or by calling us directly at 250-262-2946
  • Q: Can you put the money directly into my account?

    A: Depending on your preference, we can direct deposit payments or mail them to you.
  • Q: Do I get to see the lease or sign it?

    A: We can provide you with a sample copy of what we use as a standard lease agreement. However, as part of our duties, we sign leases on the owners behalf.
  • Q: Do you sell real estate too?

    A: No, we are not licensed to sell real estate through our property management company.
  • Q: How and when do I get my cheques?

    A: Owner payments are paid out on the 15th of every month.
  • Q: How is rent collection handled?

    A: We offer a variety of ways for tenants to pay rent. We accept Cash, Debit, Cheques, Money Orders, and Online Payments.
  • Q: How long of a lease do you sign?

    A: This can vary as it depends on the owner’s preference.
  • Q: How much security deposit do you charge the tenant?

    A: Half of one month’s rent
  • Q: How soon can you start managing my property?

    A: Immediately!
  • Q: What type of properties do you manage?

    A: Multi-Family, Residential, Duplexes, Single Family Homes and Commercial Spaces.

    A: Owners receive a statement of income and expenses, including copies of any invoices, mid-month via email or mail (depending on the owners preference)
  • Q: Who holds the tenant security deposit?

    A: We hold all deposits in trust until the end of tenancy
